Appointments & Cancellations
3-Hour Changes: Online rescheduling is unavailable within 3 hours of an appointment. A cancellation inside that window creates a fee equal to the full booked service price.
Booking Suspension: Future booking and rescheduling access remains suspended until Safi verifies the late-change fee sent by Interac e-Transfer.
No-Shows: No-shows will be required to prepay for future appointments.
Lateness: We offer a 10-minute grace period. Beyond this, we may need to reschedule to respect the next client's time.
Payments & Refunds
Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and mobile payments.
Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds. If you are unsatisfied, please inform the barber immediately so we can adjust the cut.
Loyalty Program Terms
Points are earned only on completed services booked through your account. Points have no cash value outside of the STB ecosystem and cannot be transferred.
Management reserves the right to modify or terminate the loyalty program or individual balances in the event of suspected fraud or policy violation.
Privacy & Data
Your contact information is used strictly for appointment management, reminders, and loyalty tracking. We do not sell your data to third parties.
